Well, here's the update on the success of the "water" table, turned dry stew items...Owen LOVES it!!! He's been playing in it for about an hour now... driving his tractors and work machines through it making "beep beep beep" sounds hahaha. He hasn't tried to throw any of it out yet, but he munches on the beans and rice occasionally and doesn't look very pleased afterwards haha.
As you can see, I also put a bag of split peas in there for some color :)
